The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Company”,„the Issuer”) hereby informs that it received the decision of District Court for Krakow Srodmiescie, XII Economic Department of the National Court Registry, case signature: KR.XII NS-REJ.KRS/012647/09/873, from November 4th, 2009, regarding registration of changes in the Company statute, made on the basis of Notary Act - Repertorium A no 2818/2009, prepared on September 24th, 2009 at the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting. The change of statute text concerns the resolution about split of the Company’s shares, made at the abovementioned Extraordinary General Meeting.

Due to abovementioned, the Issuer publishes in attachment the unitary text of the Company’s statute, that includes the changes made upon the District Court decision.
