Message:

The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”) informs that on November 6th, 2009 the Company and „SYNTHOS DWORY” Sp. z o.o. have signed annex no 2 to agreement no 2/CH/2008. The subject of abovementioned agreement is supply of apparatus, mechanisms, installations, technological lines and pipelines’ cleaning services for the Ordering site.

According to the annex, the man-hour rate was decreased by almost 5%. Additionally the value of annual budget for this agreement changes from PLN 1 440 000,00 to PLN 1 370 000,00, beginning from year 2010. The subject of the agreement is performed between 01.01.2008 and 31.12.2010. Presented values are net, and will be increased by proper VAT.

In case that the value of works performed by the Performing site in annual period, calculated according to abovementioned rules, will be lower than set budget, the Ordering site will pay the Performing site fee amounting to 50% of the difference between the budget and value of performed works.

In case that the value of works performed by the Performing site in annual period, calculated according to abovementioned rules, will be higher than set budget, then - beginning from the date of exceeding the budget - until the annual period end services described in the agreement will be performed basing on rates decreased by 10% compared to the set rates.

Legal ground of this current report is § 5 sec. 1 p. 3 of the Regulation of the Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by the issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal (Dz. U. No 33 from year 2009 pos. 259).
