Message:

The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”) informs that on November 10th, 2009 the Company signed agreement with „SYNTHOS DWORY” Sp. z o.o. and therefore set that conditions described in annex no 2 to agreement no 1/CH/2008 (current report no 66/2009) and in annex no 2 to agreement no 2/CH/2008 (current report no 69/2009) on range of set rates for settlements, will be applied by the Issuer beginning from November 1st, 2009.

Legal ground of this current report is § 5 sec. 1 p. 3 of the Regulation of the Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by the issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal (Dz. U. No 33 from year 2009 pos. 259).
