According to § 34 ust. 1 pkt. 2) of Regulation from Ministry of Finance on the current and periodical reports from October 19th, 2005 and in reference to current report no 2/2008 the Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. hereby informs that on November 20th, 2008 it has received KDPW’s Operating Department report dated on November 20th, 2008, stating that according to KDPW’s Board resolution no.621/08 from November 7th, 2008 – 7,584,000 of A serie shares will be registered at KDPW under the code PLCHMDW00010 on November 21st, 2008.
