The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.  („the Issuer”, „the Company”), according to art. 70 sec. 1 Act on Public Offering informs that on January 15th, 2010 it received notification from PETRO Eltech Sp. z o.o. in mode of art. 69 sec. 1 p. 2 of Act on public offering and on conditions of introduction of securities into organized system of trading and on public companies (Dz. U. from year 2005, No 184, pos. 1539, with changes), that due to transaction of sale of 3 000 000 shares conducted on January 11th, 2010 outside the regulated market, PETRO Eltech Sp. z o.o. share in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders changed.
Before the transaction of sale of shares,  PETRO Eltech Sp. z o.o. had 16 410 000 of the Company’s shares, which was equal to 24,16 % in Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.’s share capital These shares gave right to 16 410 000 votes at Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.’s General Meeting of Shareholders. After the transaction of sale of shares, PETRO Eltech Sp. z o.o. possess 13 410 000 of the Company’s shares, which is equal to 19,74 %  in the Issuer’s share capital. These shares give right to 13 410 000 votes, which is equal to 19,74 % share in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
