The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A., in connection with current report no 11/2008 from November 27th, 2008 informs that on November 26th, 2009 – on the basis of the Supervisory Board’s Resolution no 56/2009/S.A. – the Company has signed with ING Bank ÅšlÄ…ski S.A. annex no 1/676/2009/00001895/00 to credit agreement no 676/2008/00000150/00, which was the basis for ING Bank ÅšlÄ…ski S.A. to grant to the Issuer Polish Zloty denominated bank overdraft.
According to the signed annex, granted short term bank overdraft has been increased from PLN 1 million to PLN 2 million, and assigned for financing of the Issuer’s operating activities.
Credit has been granted for a period from November 26th, 2009 to November 25th, 2010. On the ground of granted credit Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. will pay to Bank interest according to the floating rate based on 1-month WIBOR 1M plus Bank’s margin.
