Message:
According to art. 160 sec. 4 of Act from July 29th 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments, the Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”) publishes information received on December 2nd, 2009 from obligated person about transaction of sale of shares conducted on November 26th, 2009. At the same time the Company’s Board pays attention on fact that information was received from the Company’s Supervisory Board’s member who is also a member of the Supervisory Board of entity that conducted transactions on the Issuer’s shares.
The obligated person did not agree on publication of its personal data.
