Message:

The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”) informs that on December 2nd, 2009 the Company and „Energetyka – Dwory” Sp. z o.o. acting by Synthos S.A. as agent, have signed annex no 4 to agreement no 3/CH/2005. The subject of abovementioned agreement is supply of whole-year repair services.

According to the annex the agreement’s expiry date has been extended and man-hour rate has been decreased by about 5 %, which will effect in decrease of monthly revenues by about PLN 4 thousand. The subject of the agreement is executed in the period from 01.07.2005 to 31.12.2011. Due to execution of the agreement, the Issuer will receive remuneration amounting to PLN 6 580 000.00 net + VAT. 

The sides of the agreement reserved themselves the right to sue for damages on the basis of general rules from Civil Code, up to the amount of actual incurred damage.

Legal ground of this current report is § 5 sec. 1 p. 3 of the Regulation of the Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by the issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by law of a non-member country as equal (Dz. U. No 33 from year 2009 pos. 259).
