According to art. 54 sec. 3 of Act on public offering and on conditions of introduction of financial instruments to organized trading and on public companies, the Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”) informs that following to the § 3 of the Resolution no 5 of the Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders from September 24th, 2009 on issue of C series’ shares with right to acquire for previous shareholders, the Board’s resolution was made on December 2nd. Due to this resolution the issue price of C series’ bearer shares offered by the Company was settled for PLN 0.65 (sixty five grosz) per one share.

Settlement of the issue price by the Board was made after consideration of amount of measures necessary for effective realization of the Company’s investment plan for years 2010-2013 and on the basis of recommendation of WrocÅ‚awski Dom Maklerski S.A. acting as Offeror during Public Offering of C series’ shares.
