Message:

The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.  („the Issuer”, „the Company”), accordingly to art. 70 sec. 1 of Act on Public Offering, informs that on December 18th, 2009 it received from PETRO Mechanika S.A.  notification in mode of art. 69 sec. 1 p. 2 of Act on Public Offering and on conditions of introduction of securities to organized trading system and on public companies (Dz. U. from year 2005, No 184, pos. 1539, with changes), that due to transaction of sale of 2 082 575 shares, conducted on December 14th outside the regulated market, share of PETRO Mechanika S.A. in the overall number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders changed.

Before the transaction of sale of shares,  PETRO Mechanika S.A. had

Company’s shares,  which was equal to 27,36 % in Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.’s share capital. This shares gave right to

votes at Chemoservis-Dwory S.A.’s General Meeting of Shareholders. After the transaction of sale of shares, PETRO Mechanika S.A. has

Company’s shares, which is equal to 24,29 %  in the Issuer’s share capital. This shares give right to

votes, which is equal to 24,29 % in the overall number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
