Message:
The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. ("the Issuer", „the Company”) publishes in attachment information received on December 22nd, 2009 from obligated person, about transaction on the Company’s shares conducted on December 17th, 2009.
In the same time the Company’s Board faires attention on the fact that this information was received from the Company’s Supervisory Board member who is also a member of the Board of the entity that conducted transaction on the Issuer’s shares. The obligated person did not agree on publication of its personal data.
