According to art. 160 sec. 4 of Act from July 29th, 2005 on Trading on financial instruments, the Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. ("the Issuer", „the Company”) publishes in attachment information received from the obligated person, about transaction of sale of the Company’s shares.
In the same time the Company’s Board faires attention on the fact that this information was received from the Company’s Supervisory Board Member who is also a member of the Supervisory Board of the entity that conducted the transaction on the Company shares.
The obligated person did not agree on publication of its personal data.
