According to art. 160 sec. 4 of Act from July 29th, 2005 on Trading on financial instruments, the Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”) publishes in attachment information about transaction of sale of shares received on December 30th, 2009 from obligated person.

In the same time the Company’s Board faires attention on the fact that this information was received from the Company’s Supervisory Board member who is also a member of a Supervisory Board of the entity that conducted transaction on the Company’s shares on December 17th, 2009 about which the Issuer informed in current report no 80/2009 from December 22nd, 2009.

The obligated person did not agree on publication of its personal data.
