As an addendum to current report regarding choice of the auditors, the Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. (Issuer), basing on § 5 ust. 1 pkt 19 in combination with § 25 of Regulation from Ministry of Finance from October 19th, 2005 on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities, hereby informs that chosen entity entitled for audit of annual financial statements for 2008 –ACCORD ‘ab Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in WrocÅ‚aw, cooperated with Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. in the past, conducting interim report review (for the period between January 1st, 2007 and June 31st, 2007) and audit of the financial statements form fiscal year 2007 (period between January 1st, 2007 and December 31st, 2007). The Board of Issuer, informs also that the agreement with mentioned entity  was signed on December 12th, 2008 and is valid till April 20th, 2009.
