The Board of Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. („the Issuer”, „the Company”) informs that on January 22nd, 2010 it received information from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority about approval of Annex no 1 to Chemoservis-Dwory S.A. Prospectus.

The Annex no 1 to the Prospectus will be published together with the Prospectus on January 26th, 2010 in electronic version and will be available on the Issuer’s website: www.chemoservis.pl and Offerer website: www.wdmsa.pl.
